Terra Gardens 3^rd Addition is a residential subdivision located in Horace, North Dakota. Encompassing 59 residential lots, it is the final phase of the Terra Gardens Subdivision project. This addition ties into the existing residential subdivision, while also connecting to the new Terra Gardens Park and Terra Gardens townhome development. Combining these elements create a unique and inclusive development within the City of Horace, supporting the needs of this growing City.

Lowry Engineering worked alongside the developer and the City of Horace to plan, design, and build this subdivision. Each lot in Terra Gardens 3^rd Addition is served by city water and sanitary services. while yard and street inlets provide drainage. Sidewalks constructed as homes are built, will provide pedestrian connectivity between properties, the park, and surrounding areas throughout the City.
