Century Farms Subdivision

Century Farms Subdivision is a new 22 lot subdivision on 75 acres in Otter Tail County. It is located on the north side of Round (Maine) Lake. This traditional rural shoreland subdivision features large lots with septic and wells.

Lowry Engineering worked closely with the Developers, Township, and County officials to create a desirable project. It was one of the first projects to be submitted under the newly adopted Otter Tail County Subdivision Controls Ordinance. Our team was responsible for the surveying, platting, and civil design as well as representing the Owners at various public meetings. We partnered with Environmental Scientific for the wetland delineation and environmental assessment worksheet review. Construction consisted of roughly 3,700 feet of a cul-de-sac gravel road with drainage improvements.
