Casselton Farms 2nd Addition - Casselton, ND

Casselton Farms is a 68 acre subdivision in Casselton, ND located directly west of the Central Cass High School. Lowry Engineering provided design engineering as well as construction inspection services for the first phase of this development which encompassed 47 residential lots and two commercial lots on 24 acres. Design elements incorporated into Casselton Farms include a multi-use path throughout the subdivision, sanitary lift station as well as the design of infrastructure such as municipal sewer and water infrastructure, storm sewer, and roadways. This project was bid through the public bidding process and will be special assessed. Lowry Engineering worked with the developer and the City on a developer’s agreement as well as prepared calculations and spreadsheets for assessments. Construction was completed fall of 2018.
