Grayland First Addition in Fargo, ND

Grayland First Addition is a new development located in south Fargo, ND. It contains 61 single-family residential lots and 1 lot for a future West Fargo public elementary school. The development will consist of local roadways, sidewalks, a bike path, and a regional stormwater pond. The site is bordered by the Sheyenne River on the west, Deer Creek Addition on the south, 63rd St. S. on the east, and a City of Fargo drainage ditch on the north. Lowry Engineering worked closely with the owner and the City of Fargo to create a layout which satisfied the owner’s desires while also conforming to city code. Construction of the sanitary sewer, water mains, and storm sewer started in June of 2018.
