Hofstad AG Center - Devils Lake, ND

Lowry Engineering, in accordance with Icon Architectural Group, developed the site plan for the new Hofstad AG Center which will be located on the campus of Lake Region State College in Devils Lake, North Dakota. The design of this site required a new parking area and vehicle access aisle to the work-shop area of this new building. Coordination with Devils Lake city officials was critical on this project for connections to city-owned utilities. Clear and deliberate communications between Lowry Engineering and the City of Devils Lake was vital to the success of this design. Due to the distinctive terrain of this site, precise grading lead us to a unique site design that will prominently displace the Hofstad AG Center on the campus of Lake Region State College!
