Paint Oven Addition - Gwinner, ND

Lowry Engineering completed the civil design for a new 30,000 sf building expansion at Bobcat in Gwinner, ND. Lowry Engineering worked closely with the owner and architect to meet the tight deadline as well as with the City and power company on the relocation of multiple utilities in the area. The new parking lot will include concrete pavement, improved drainage, light poles, electric plug ins for cars in the winter, and landscaping. The biggest challenge on the project was coordinating schedule and construction sequencing to ensure the necessary steps are completed in order as to not delay future phases. Construction began in October 2019 and will be completed in 2020.
