Reile's Acres 9th Addition - Reile's Acres, ND

Reile’s Acres 9^th Addition is the newest and largest development for the City of Reile’s Acres, North Dakota. Located at the southwest corner of Cass County Road 20 and 45^th St North, the 120-acre residential subdivision contains 109 lots, park space, and a baseball/softball diamond. Lowry Engineering performed the site design as well as field inspection for the project. Design elements of the project included new sanitary sewer mains and services, water mains and services, fire hydrants, storm sewer, two stormwater detention ponds, two stormwater lift stations, hot mix asphalt paving, curb and gutter, street lighting, traffic signs, and landscaping. A roundabout was also installed connecting the 9^th Addition to the existing City roadway network. The construction cost of the project was five million dollars. Kindred Plumbing and Heating was the prime contractor responsible for the project. Construction started in September of 2015 and was completed in October of 2016.
