Snacks Plus - Fargo, ND

Lowry Engineering completed the design for the new Snacks Plus Vending building in Fargo, ND. The proposed building will consist of office and warehouse space along with a walk-in freezer and loading dock. Improvements consist of new sewer and water services, concrete parking lot, and stormwater detention pond. Lowry Engineering and the owner worked closely to develop a layout that maximized the lot area and provided adequate turning area for semis that will be delivering product to the warehouse. Construction will be completed in the fall of 2019.
