Devin Neubeck is from Marshall, MN and graduated from North Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in Spring of 2021. Devin joined Lowry Engineering in May 2021 and is excited to gain real-world experience through this new opportunity. Outside of his career, Devin enjoys playing guitar, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
