Devin Neubeck, EIT

Project Engineer

Devin Neubeck is a graduate from North Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.

Devin joined Lowry Engineering in 2021 and specializes in commercial and industrial sites around the Fargo-Moorhead area. This includes sanitary sewer and water main utility design, site grading, and erosion control. He also focuses on ADA compliance, stormwater management, and keeping up to date with federal, state, and local design standards. Devin enjoys finding solutions for the unique challenges that arise with each new project.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Devin is currently certified as an Engineer in Training and is on track to take his PE test in the near future. He is based out of our Fargo, North Dakota office.
